Tour Program

Your private Egyptologist guide picks you up from your hotel in Luxor around 7:00 AM. Begin your journey to Edfu, home of the majestic Temple of Horus, famous for its impressive sandstone architecture and remarkably preserved reliefs. Learn about the mythology of Horus, the falcon-headed god, as your guide shares stories carved into the temple walls.

Next, continue to Kom Ombo Temple, a rare double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the falcon god. After exploring the site, visit the Crocodile Museum, home to mummified crocodiles and fascinating artifacts.

After the tour, you will be dropped off in Aswan (or taken back to Luxor upon request).
